On Thursday 8 November Latymer Upper School hosted our Annual Future Skills debate and networking event. This year our panel of industry leaders turned their attention to leadership so our audience of pupils, parents and partner schools could begin to unpick the implications for the world of work they will enter in the future.
Interestingly, the consensus in the room was there is no single type of leader: any and every personality type is represented in industry.
