The best way to get a feel for Latymer Upper School is to come to an open day where you can look around the School, discover the opportunities on offer, see work on display and meet some of the staff and students. Please note that open days are for children in Year 6 and their parents. 



11+ open days for 2020 entry

Two open days are held each autumn, this year on Saturday 14 September (now FULLY booked) and Saturday 5 October, for Year 6 children and their parents, applying for admission the following year. If you would like to come along, please book using the link above.

If your child is offered a place after the entrance exam and interview process, we will invite you to attend an offer holders’ evening in the February. You will also be invited to visit the School during the working day and offered a tour of the School with the Head, prior to the acceptance deadline. 16+ open evening for 2020 entry

The Sixth Form open evening takes place each September with the registration deadline at the beginning of October; unfortunately late applications cannot be accepted.

The next open evening will take place from 6.00pm – 8.30pm on Wednesday 18 September 2019 for 2020 entry. Online bookings are now open via the link below.


Music scholars’ open morning for 2020 entry

Every year we award a number of music scholarships at 11+ and 16+.   We hold a special open morning for potential 11+ entry music scholars (children only) in the Autumn Term prior to entry.

The date for the music scholars’ open morning for 2020 entry (11+ only) is Saturday 28 September 2019. Please register your interest via email to

Please note that only those candidates who are successful in the exam will be considered for music scholarships at 11+,  and those being interviewed at 16+.
