Latymerians are encouraged to adopt an international outlook on life and so it is no surprise that some of our pupils choose to study at universities in the US, Canada, Europe and Australia.
So far this year, 19 Sixth Formers have had 47 offers between them, from 30 leading US institutions:
Eleven students have been admitted as follows: Brown (1), Georgetown (1), Harvard (2), Cornell (1), UPenn (2) including Wharton, Stanford (2), UChicago (1) and Yale (1).
Another eight students have 36 offers between them from: Berklee College of Music (1), Boston University (2), Bowdoin (1), Carnegie Mellon (1), Colby (1), Colgate (1), Columbia (2), Cornell (1), Dartmouth (1), Duke (2), Georgetown (2), Hamilton (1), Johns Hopkins (1), Middlebury (1), Northeastern (3), Northwestern (1), Pomona (1), Stanford (1), Trinity (1), Tufts (2), University of Virginia (2), UChicago (1), UC-San Diego (1), UT-Austin (1), Washington in St. Louis (1) and Wesleyan (3).
