Latymer is proud to present the inaugural Global Goals Exhibition, which takes place on Wednesday 21 June (5-7pm).
The first Year 9 pupils to take this unique course, devised by Latymer, have been investigating and working towards solving a problem related to at least one of the United Nations’ 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development. The exhibition is the culmination of their work and will showcase the groups’ projects and their techniques in effective research, collaboration and communication.
An important aspect of the Global Goals course is that pupils learn they can make small steps towards changing the world for the better. The course encourages them to develop skills and habits that will help them become the curious, questioning, principled, responsible, open-minded and tolerant young people we want all Latymerians to be. We look forward to welcoming Year 9 parents and friends to the inaugural Exhibition.
