Easter Rowing Camp 2023
This Easter our Rowers from Years 11 and 13 each spent seven days over two weeks on a training camp in Banyoles in Spain.
It was a time to focus on building speed and power in the boats ahead of the regatta racing season in the summer. The students were pushed hard but made some great improvements, helping them to feel strong and confident in their ability.
