We’re thrilled to welcome back Let Me Play and Ealing Trailfinders to Latymer for the Christmas Holiday Camps.
In the run up to Christmas, Let Me Play are offering up to 100 spaces a day to local children to take part in fun, yet educationally enriching activities including cooking, craft & sport at our King Street site. There’s a lovely atmosphere with Christmas music playing and the children working together, having fun and making new friends as they take part in a range of art and craft activities, cooking, Lego, calendar making etc. During the day they get lunch and are sent home with all the ingredients and recipe’s to make meals with their family. Meanwhile at our Wood Lane facility, Ealing Trailfinders are running a multi-sports camp for up to 30 children a day. There’s a mixture of indoor and outdoor activities on offer, including touch rugby and cricket. Each child gets a hot lunch and snacks throughout the day, keeping them fuelled for their activities. It’s great to see the kids, some of whom are Afghan refugees, making new friends, playing games and laughing.
