LIFE AT LATYMER

AN INDIVIDUAL GIFT TO LATYMER

Many people choose to make individual donations to a specific project within the School. Such donations range from a one-off, means-tested scholarship for a child to a fully endowed scholarship which will run in perpetuity. Gifts can be made to specific building projects such as the state of the art Science and Library building that is due for completion in summer 2010. Individual departments can also be the beneficiary of a specific donation, likewise individual sports.

Endowed Scholarship Fund Gifts

Gifts of £10,000 or more or gifts from donors who have elected to do so are placed in the School's endowed fund for means tested scholarships. This is separate from the Annual Fund where all moneys raised in a year are allocated in the following year. With the Endowed Scholarships, the Governors use only the interest earned on these invested funds each year so that the capital is preserved in perpetuity for means tested scholarships.

Pledges can be made over several years to fund a specific project.

Please contact Amanda Scott for a confidential discussion about making an individual gift to Latymer.
