ALAN RICKMAN; ACTOR & FRIEND

We are thrilled to welcome two leading ladies and close friends of Alan’s, Juliet Stevenson and Ruby Wax, to Latymer for an ‘in conversation’ chaired by BBC presenter Kirsty Lang. Juliet Stevenson starred in the film ‘Truly, Madly, Deeply’ (1991) with Alan Rickman, for which she was nominated for the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role. Together with Ruby Wax, actress, comedian and TV presenter she formed a life-long friendship with Alan after the three met working at the Royal Shakespeare Company in the 1980s. Juliet and Ruby will share their memories of Alan and his life as actor and friend.

Drinks and nibbles will be served afterwards.

Book your place now - General Admission tickets for this event are now SOLD OUT. However, we are now selling tickets in the upper Balcony at a reduced price, £20 per person and £5 for 25s and under. If you would like to join the waitlist for General Admission tickets, please email development@latymer-upper.org (All proceeds from this event will go to the Alan Rickman Bursary).
