ANNUAL FUND

As its name suggests, each year this campaign seeks support from the Latymer community. All monies raised go to fund means tested scholarships. These are awarded to girls and boys who show great promise in the entrance exam process, but whose families could not otherwise afford to send them to Latymer. Thanks to the outstanding response to the 2010-2011 campaign, the School was able to award not only two Annual Fund scholarships for entry at 11+ but two Annual Fund scholarships for entry into the Sixth Form.

The Annual Fund is part of the Latymer scholarship programme that aims not only to increase access to a Latymer education, but also to enhance the experience of all pupils by broadening social diversity in the School.

There are now 14 Annual Fund scholars in the School as a result of the generosity shown to the previous six campaigns. The many hundreds of gifts came from all sections of the Latymer Community: alumni, current and former parents and staff, Governors and friends of the School.

All donations to the Annual Fund go directly to finance means tested scholarships.

The Fund does not ask for huge donations, the majority of gifts are small, many given by standing order, a way of giving that helps enormously in planning for the future. Any gift will be warmly welcomed, and for this campaign year only, a group of far-sighted supporters are offering to double the annual value of any standing order set up during the campaign year, effectively doubling the benefit of your gift.
