At Latymer, we aim to develop the individual through learning and creativity. Our curriculum is designed to inspire, delight and inform, and not just to allow children to achieve the best results in their exams. We expand on the national curriculum at all stages. Latymer pupils are able and can easily do much more than the prescribed content set down for pupils of their age.
Throughout the school there are opportunities for extension:
- Within the classroom and through extra-curricular activities in Years 7, 8 and 9
- Beyond the classroom in special extension lessons at GCSE
- At timetabled Oxbridge and extension lessons in the Sixth Form
