In Latymer Prep School, the ‘red-herring’ philosophy encourages research. It is supported by stimulating and innovative teaching methods and ‘collapsed curriculum’ days when pupils explore their skills in such diverse areas as golf, ‘blind football’ and art.Independent Schools Inspectorate, 2011
Latymer Prep School is fully co-educational, taking girls and boys aged seven to 11. Sharing the same campus as the Upper School, the Prep is located at the southern end of the site and enjoys inspiring views over the River Thames. Along with location, the Prep benefits from sharing outstanding facilities with the Upper School, including the theatre, music and sports facilities, as well as some of Latymer Upper’s teachers who also take lessons at the Prep .
